An amazing body scrub that does wonders and leaves your <a bitly="BITLY_PROCESSED" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skin">skin</a> super clean and soft is <a bitly="BITLY_PROCESSED" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sugar">sugar</a>, <a bitly="BITLY_PROCESSED" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lemon">lemon</a> & <a bitly="BITLY_PROCESSED" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olive_oil">olive oil</a> scrub.<br />

Ingredients: Mix 5 Tbs sugar , 1/4 cup olive oil , 1/2 a lemon and 1ts of grounded <a bitly="BITLY_PROCESSED" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cinnamon">cinnamon</a> and rubbing it on your body, you can wash it immediately but leaving it for 1 or 2 minutes is better so that your skin will have enough time to absorb the olive oil.<br />

A great addition to this scrub would be melted <a bitly="BITLY_PROCESSED" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cocoa_butter">cocoa butter</a> (take care it melts very quickly). Cocoa butter leaves skin smooth and is generally very good for healing scars, <a bitly="BITLY_PROCESSED" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stretch_marks">stretch marks</a> and other skin problems.<br />

Some prefer putting the warm cocoa butter after the scrub and leaving it in. Make sure you only add a little bit, a dollop or so, you don't want to have oil and sticky skin.<br />

NOTE: <br />

1) If you feel that this mask is very strong for your face. Limit using it to your body.<br />
<br />
2)If your skin gets reddish take out the cinnamon from the mask.<br />
<br />
3) If you have any skin allergies or your skin is very sensitive try this scrub on a small part at first. <br />

</ul>Note: It is normal to feel a tingly sensation during the steam mask, if it is strong then cinnamon is probably not for you; stop the steam mask immediately and rinse your face with lukewarm water then apply the scrub followed by the cold yogurt. <br />

The trick: <br />
Using a clean <a bitly="BITLY_PROCESSED" class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nail_polish" rel="wikipedia" title="Nail polish">nail polish</a> brush apply <a bitly="BITLY_PROCESSED" class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olive_oil" rel="wikipedia" title="Olive oil">olive oil</a> on your nails as if you are applying a couche of nail polish then leave it to dry. Olive oil will harden your nails insuring it doesn't chip or break. <br />
Apply it once every other day or once every day depending on how long the effect lasts with you. <br />

Hang your head upside down. Blood rushes to your face, giving you a wide-awake flush; plus, the simple motion of bending over backward will wake up your muscles and make you feel energized. You can always try a quick backbend instead if you’ve already done your hair and don’t want to mess it up.<br />
Try a ponytail facelift. Pulling your hair into a high, tight ponytail literally gives your face a little lift, so you’ll look refreshed. Plus, the high, bouncy style declares “Up and at ‘em!”<br />

having stretch marks, there are a number of things women should know<br />
about stretch marks in order to minimize their chances of having to deal with<br />

3. Stretch marks are the result of skin being stretched beyond its natural<br />
elasticity. This stretching causes a disruption of the body’s collagen<br />
production. Collagen is a special protein that helps keep the skin elastic and,<br />
therefore, able to stretch when we gain weight. When this collagen<br />
production is disrupted, the skin loses its elasticity, which makes it more<br />
prone to stretch marks.<br />

7. The last trimester of a pregnancy is when women generally put on the<br />

likelihood of developing stretch marks because it helps keep the skin<br />
flexible. Likewise, drinking plenty of water helps maintain the skin’s<br />
elasticity. This is especially true if you are pregnant.<br />
9. Fortunately, stretch marks generally fade after weight lost. For women<br />
who gain stretch marks during pregnancy, stretch marks usually fade to a<br />
